The KAI N5165 is a 6.5-inch sewing scissors (165 mm) with stainless steel blades and soft plastic handle. It differs from the more expensive KAI 7170 in its simpler blade materials – it does not use the AUS8A stainless steel of the 7000 series. But it is significantly more affordable and entirely sufficient for standard applications at the sewing machine.
