For easy and precise cutting with our special developments, a fine micro-serration is applied to one of the two blades of the scissors. It secures the fibers of the material during cutting and enables a uniform and precise cut. Our customers also appreciate the smooth and even operation of our scissors, which provides a pleasant cutting experience.
Based in Solingen, we place great importance on quality and durability in the production of our scissors.
Made of C60 carbon steel (non-stainless), they are handmade. With our 100 years of experience in manufacturing, our scissors are known for exceptionally high durability and longevity.
Our ROBUSO Laminating Scissors 1024/B-CR/10" have been used unchanged for many years, as they allow for easy cutting up to the tip due to their good leverage. With their straight blades, they are ideal for cutting when laminating glass or carbon fiber.
ROBUSO pattern cutting shears for technical textiles are mainly used for cutting wet laminates. The steel-chromed, smooth surface makes the cleaning process easier after working with sticky materials. Residues on the scissors can be easily removed with solvent immediately after use. Hardening of adhesive or resin residues should be avoided if possible.
The blue-plated scissor blades are a special quality feature of the scissors. This fine sharpening ensures a particularly smooth and easy operation.
The scissors are particularly well-suited for cutting carbon fiber, glass fiber, and wet materials.
