ROBUSO-PROTON Cutting Shears, coated 1024/S/10"
With great care and attention to detail, our shears are expertly aligned, sharpened, and assembled by our highly skilled grinders and nailers.
For easy and precise cutting with our special developments, a fine micro-serration is applied to one of the two blades of the shears. It secures the material fibers during cutting and allows for a uniform and precise cut.
Highly appreciated by our customers is also the smooth and even operation of the shears, providing a pleasant cutting experience.
We, from Solingen, place great importance on quality and longevity in the production of our shears.
As a result, they are made of C60 carbon steel (non-stainless carbon steel), handmade at our workshop. With our 100 years of experience in manufacturing, our shears are known for exceptionally high durability and longevity.
Our ROBUSO Proton 1024/S/10" has been in use unchanged for many years, as it is characterized by its good leverage and unusually high cutting power down to the tip.
The ROBUSO Proton shears for technical textiles are popular among our customers because the black coating provides effective protection against abrasive wear. It creates a super hard surface near the cutting edges.
Due to the coating, the shears can be easily cleaned with solvent.
They are specially designed to allow our customers to use their tools for longer without having to sharpen them, as the durability is about 2-3 times longer than shears without special coating.
The shears are particularly suitable for cutting aramid, dyneema, carbon fiber, and fiberglass.
